Roofing Substrate & Insulation

The roof structure that supports the green roof system shall be constructed of lightweight concrete roof decking (using recycled plastic content) supporting the ENRGY 3 25 PSI rigid roof insulation board as manufactured by Johns Manville containing 16% - 64% pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials.

It shall be a tapered insulation system with a thickness no less than 2.5 inches at low points of roof and roof slope shal be no less than 2% ( approximately 5" at perimeter high point edges).

Access Flooring System

The project access flooring system shall be manufactured by Access Floor Systems

It shall be the Concore concrete system with a bolted Cornerlock Understructure. The floor finishes shall be selected from standard carpet or tile products per client requirements.
