All lobby walls are to have "390 Chair 2-5/8" 42" above finished floor.

I have located an accordian door for my classroon separation. Specific information for the Child Care center.

I have redone the Elevator to be a dual door elevator for building C and D please note the detail in model section. File A-DT1421-scn.dwg As this accessory will be needed for the second and third floor access.

Roofing Substrate & Insulation

The roof structure that supports the green roof system shall be constructed of lightweight concrete roof decking (using recycled plastic content) supporting the ENRGY 3 25 PSI rigid roof insulation board as manufactured by Johns Manville containing 16% - 64% pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials.

It shall be a tapered insulation system with a thickness no less than 2.5 inches at low points of roof and roof slope shal be no less than 2% ( approximately 5" at perimeter high point edges).

Access Flooring System

The project access flooring system shall be manufactured by Access Floor Systems

It shall be the Concore concrete system with a bolted Cornerlock Understructure. The floor finishes shall be selected from standard carpet or tile products per client requirements.

Following through with the Clayton company, I have found that the interior CMU units that I will use are going to be following a green theme of GLASSTONE polished and glazed CMU.
As my tenent is a DayCare Facility, the safety of this system was chosen as well as low maintenance of these walls and the durability involved and lack of needed Finshes for walls would reduced some of the smoke that may be caused in the posible event of a fire.
